Nature of Information
I think opinions are being perceived as information. This might be because some people may be expressing their opinions in the wrong places or be misguided/misinformed themselves from the resources they have used. Wikipedia is relied upon heavily when conducting research but its not trustworthy as anyone can change any part of the article.
